GBS-HC benchtop humidity-controlled enclosure
A glove-free flange design provides a 3–50%RH controlled workspace for weighing, dispensing and moisture testing of hygroscopic samples.

TRANSEPIDERMAL WATER LOSS
INFINITY TEWL-2
Measure transepidermal water loss using the unventilated chamber method, with a manufacturer-specified range of 0–300.0 g/m²/hr and measurement time of ≤15 s.
OVERVIEW
INFINITY TEWL-2 measures transepidermal water loss (TEWL) using an unventilated chamber method. The manufacturer lists excised or in-vivo human and animal skin, as well as cultured skin, among the test objects. This handheld instrument has a color OLED display. The table reproduces the manufacturer’s range, timing and other specifications; confirm test conditions for the intended method.
Measure transepidermal water loss with conditions and procedures defined for the selected test method.
At 138 × 46 × 36 mm and 150 g, the instrument supports handheld operation.
A 0.96-inch color OLED shows battery, status and result information.

The manufacturer table specifies 0–300.0 g/m²/hr and a measurement time of ≤15 s. The text also describes a result 7 seconds after equilibration. These timings have different conditions; account for both equilibration and measurement in the workflow.
The manufacturer lists accuracy as 0.1 g/m²/hr and repeatability as 0.5 g/m²/hr, without a ± sign. These are different from range and should not be relabeled as resolution. Confirm test conditions and evaluation criteria for the application.
